Mrs Igbokwe Adaoma Uche, a seasoned Educationist has been in the teaching profession for decades. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education (English Language) and a post graduate degree in Public Administration both from the University of Lagos She taught English Language and Literature in various schools before transferring her service to Lagos State Education Quality Assurance.

She has attended many courses on how to improve the standard of education in both public and private schools. Her passion for best practices in education led to the establishment of Kel-Chelsea School in 1998 where she has put into play, all her experiences from Education Quality Assurance.
