Mrs Okwuosa .O. Stella, a seasoned Educationist has been in the teaching profession for over a decade. She is a graduate of History and Educational Administration, Planning and Management from Delta State University Abraka. She also holds the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE). She is a well-focused, highly motivated and organized individual who loves challenges and passionate about teaching children on how to develop the reading culture and unleash their potentials.

She believes that every child can achieve excellence with appropriate and multi-sensory instructions. She has attended a wide range of training in child management and development, safety, handling of parents as well as teacher’s personal development. Her wealth of knowledge, skill and experience she has brought to bear these years as a classroom teacher, head teacher and now the principal of kel-Chelsea High school.
